‘We’ve got to get back to work’: Rep. Collins calls for House Speaker floor vote

Representative Mike Collins (R-GA) says he thinks it’s time to hold a full House vote to elect the next Speaker, even if Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) hasn’t locked down the 217 votes needed. Rep. Collins says it’s urgent for the House to move the Speaker election forward in order to refocus attention on appropriation bills and rising global conflict.
