Representative Mike Collins (R-GA) says he doesn’t see the House finishing and sending all the appropriation bills over to the Senate before the November 17 government shutdown deadline. Rep. Collins believes the House would have worked through 90% of the appropriations bill had the motion to vacate Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) not occurred.
