Snack de Banana com Amoras, Maçã, Iogurte e Granola

Ingredientes:

2 bananas maduras
1 maçã, cortada em cubos
1/2 xícara de amoras frescas
1/2 xícara de iogurte natural
1/2 xícara de granola
Mel (opcional, para regar)
Instruções:

Descasque as bananas e corte-as em rodelas.

Em uma tigela, misture as bananas, as amoras e os cubos de maçã.

Em taças individuais, coloque uma camada da mistura de frutas.

Adicione uma colher de iogurte por cima das frutas.

Polvilhe a granola sobre o iogurte.

Se desejar, regue com um fio de mel para dar um toque doce.

Repita o processo em camadas até que as taças estejam cheias.
