It has been a while since my last Rusty Review, and seeing as the Academy Awards are coming up I decided to start doing them again. There are a ton of great movies being nominated, so I am hoping to get a few more of these done before then.

"Her" is one of the most unique concepts to be played out into a full motion picture. It starts out as a love story (of sorts), but after about half way through the movie, it begins to turn more into a cerebral sci-fi. The story really explores the nature of virtual intelligence and how it interacts with us humans. I was very glad to see Joaquin Phoenix back in a major picture. His acting in this was perfect (you forget it is even him). If you can make it through the sappy love story part of the film, then I would definitely recommend watching this movie.
