RECIPE

20 oz Chorizo
2lb Ground Beef
2 1/2 cups Beef Stock
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Ground Coriander
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1) Place your ground beef into a pot set over medium high heat and brown. Use a potato masher to break it up and get a fine grain. Drain and set aside.
2) Add in your chorizo to the same pot and cook until slightly darkened in color or about 3 minutes.
3) Once cooked, add in your ground beef, beef stock, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and let reduce for about 10 minutes or until it's as thick as you want it. Serve.
