RECIPE

CHICKEN
1lb Chicken Tenderloin, Cubed
1 1/2 Cup Pork Rinds, Ground
1/4 Cup Parmesan, Grated
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 Egg
1 Cup Heavy Cream

1) in a bowl, add in your pork rinds, parmesan, onion, garlic, and black pepper. Whisk until homogeneous
2) In a bowl, add your egg and heavy cream and whisk until well combined. Place down your pork rind mixture onto a plate.
3) Take your chicken and coat it in your cream mixture and then into your pork rind mixture. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Place this into an oven at 350°F or 175°C for 15-18 minutes until firm.

BUFFALO TRASH CHEESE SAUCE
6 Slices Trash Cheese (American Cheese)
1/4 Cup Whole Milk
3 Tbsp Hot Sauce

BUFFALO JACK.CHEESE SAUCE
3/4 Cup Monterrey Jack
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
3 Tbsp Hot Sauce
