Meat Only Corn Dogs

Corn Dogs for the Carnivore Diet can't be a real thing, can it? Here I go mushing pork rinds and eggs into something it just shouldn't be.

RECIPE

4 Hot Dogs of your choosing

Batter:
5 oz Pork RInds, Ground
6 Eggs
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Water

1) Place all of your batter ingredients into a blender and combine for about 2 minutes on low. Add more water if yours is looking extremely thick.
2) Lay down some plastic wrap and place about 1/4 cup of your batter down. Spread it out until it is slightly longer than your hot dog and about twice the width.
3) Skewer your hot dog and place it into the middle of the batter. Use the plastic wrap to fold the batter over the hot dog. Repeat until all batter is used up. Place them onto a parchment lined baking sheet after wrapped and then into a freezer for at least 30 minutes.
4) Set a large pan over medium heat along with your lard and bring to 350°F or 176°C . Just use a thermometer to keep an eye on the temp and only have enough oil to go about halfway up the pan. Just please be careful here.
5) Carefully place your corn dogs into the oil and allow to cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
