In a world where chicken is chips and chicken parm is nachos. Chicken Parm Nachos will blow you away.... maybe if you like these ingredients...

RECIPE

Chicken Chips
•2lb Ground Chicken
•1/2 tsp Salt
•1/2 tsp Pepper
•1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
•1/2 tsp Granulated Onion

1) Lay down a sheet of parchment paper the length of two sheet pans. Place your chicken down onto it and top it with some cling film. Grab a rolling pin and spread it out very thin.
2) Split this down the middle and place each onto a sheet tray. Split your seasonings between both sheets and coat evenly.
3) Place this into an oven at 350°F or 176°C for 25-30 minutes or until crsipy. Cut into triangles.

ALFREDO

1 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Italian Seasoning

1) Place a pan over medium high heat and add in your butter, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 30 seconds to toast these spices. Reduce the heat to medium and add in your italian seaonsing and your heavy cream.
2) Bring the cream to a simmer and reduce for about 3 minutes or until thickened. Once thickened, turn off the heat and add in your parmesan and stir until incorporated.
