AI Claims Its First Prisoner And Nearly Helped Kill The Queen

Here I tell the story of Jaswant Singh Chail who was recently given 9 years in prison for an assassination attempt on Queen Elizabeth in 2021. What's interesting about this story is that an AI chatbot called Sarai (created by Replika) encouraged the teenager to carry out the murder. we look at the reasons behind the attempt which include him being bullied in school, the Amritsar Massacre, rejection by the armed forces and his obsession with Star Wars.
