Former U.S. Ambassador to the Netherlands Pete Hoekstra explains to Steve Gruber why he doesn’t believe Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) will be elected as the next House Speaker. Hoekstra says the Republican conference will likely elect an “ineffective” candidate by the end of the week who will “be able to get the essentials of government done, but nothing more.”
