Why Poland's election swing is not so clear cut

Polish voters have turned out in record numbers and seem to have ousted the country’s ruling nationalist party. It opens the way for opposition parties to take control of Warsaw and repair Poland's relationship with the European Union. But those who voted for change could have to wait until next year for it to happen. Sean Hogan explains.
