OMAD is a life changing strategy, but is it right for you?
I’ve done one meal a day on and off for years. When following it I will put all my meals into a two hour time block. I just don’t like stuffing myself uncomfortably and I will sometimes be consuming 3,000+ calories.
One meal a day is great in most circumstances but can be challenging and not a great idea for anyone who is dealing with a lot of stress.
You will also hear often that woman should run from this idea and never do it. It’s not true. You really have to listen to your body.
Woman can use this strategy to gain all of its benefits but should not use it daily. Woman should not use this strategy around their cycle, and also… perimenopausal woman should be careful with using this technique.
