Ingredients :-
For cake.......
Egg 2
Sugar 100 gm - 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Milk 50 ml
Lemon zest
All purpose flour 150 gm - 1 cup
Baking powder 8 gm

Pan Size 28 cm
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes

For custard........
Milk 400 ml
Sugar 70 gm
Egg yolk 1
Lemon zest
All purpose flour 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Vanilla powder 8 gm
Unsalted butter 20 gm

Decorate with cashew nuts
Sprinkle cocoa powder & sugar
