Pokemon Platinum nuzlocke part 3

I continue my Platinum nuzlocke.
Rule 1: Only the first viable encounter (capable of being caught and not already registered in my Pokedex) can be caught.
Rule 2: Any Pokemon that faints is boxed permanently.
Rule 3: No using the item menu in battle, except for using Pokeballs.
Rule 4: Battle mode on set.
Rule 5: No Pokemon can be leveled up higher than the next gym leader's or Elite Four leader's ace.
Rule 6: Intimidate is restricted. Only one Pokemon in my team can have the ability.
Rule 7: Baton Pass is banned and cannot be used. I cannot catch legendary or mythical Pokemon. Shedninja is also banned.
