So this is how you can make it super simple…

So many entrepreneurs just believe that you open a store and start running paid ads and everything will be fine…

Except… for most business owners this doesn’t work and you end up being out of pocket… by like A LOT of money…

What I’ve seen works really well instead is the following:

1. Nurture your ideal audience for 30-90 days. It really DOES pay off to invest 1-3 months into your business to reap the rewards forever afterwards

2. Grow your business through a increased conversion rate and average order value. It’s a complete MYTH that discounting will help you convert. In fact, we’ve seen that the more you discount the more customers think that your product is low quality and that there’s something wrong with it and won’t buy.

3. Once you’ve nailed the first two, it’s time to multiply and scale. This is like a jetpack added onto your business. Remember what @hormozi said in his recent webinars - only 2 types of people can promote your business- you and someone else. And there are more of someone else than there are of you, right?
It’s also in this step where you can start running paid ads. But personally, if you try to do that too early, you might end up gambling your money away…
