"Creamy Delights: Indulge in the Tempting Chicken Malai Tikka!"
Ingredients
500 gms boneless chicken
1/2 cup yogurt
100 ml cream
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chat masala
Salt to taste
Coriander fresh chopped 1 cup
Green chillies 2
50 gms butter
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
For malai sauce
50 gms cream
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp chatmasala
Method
Make a paste of fresh coriander and green chillies and keep aside.
Add all the ingredients given above into the chicken along with coriander green chilli paste except oil and marinate for around 2 hours. After that spread the chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle oil. Cook at 350 C for around 15 mins and then broil at 450 for 5 mins. Remove and add chicken pieces to the bowl and add malai sauce. Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
