How to Walk-6 Quick Tips: 1. Keep vertical posture with the eyes forward. No lean forward or backward. 2. The arms should swing straight forward on the side opposite the swing leg and then drop back to a neutral position. 3. Keep the pelvis in neutral position, without a forward or backward tilt. 4. The rear leg extends the body, powering the swing through. Do not power with the swing leg or you will end up duck-footed. 5. The palms should face the outside of the thighs, not the front. 6. Feel facing forward with a gentle heel placement and roll forward.
