Time to make Armenian Lamb Shish kebab or as Armenian say "khorovats" Hope you enjoy this recipe
Ingredients:
Lamb shoulder
1 large onion
2 tomatoes
2 Cloves of garlic
Handful of parsley
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 cup of pomegranate juice
2 teaspoon tomato paste
2 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
