These statements were made by Su Lin, a prominent Chinese influencer. She is a host of Green China Network Television, and was previously a host at #Beijing Radio and Television Station.
In 2019, she was honored with the Excellent Host Award in the "Second National TV Public Welfare Program Selection Activity" by the #China Television Artists Association.
Regarding her influence on the Chinese video-sharing platform #Kuaishou, she holds the top position in Hainan Province and was once ranked fifth in China.
Therefore, her narrative, in my view, is at least semi-official.
It's important to note that without the #CCP's permission, any "dangerous" or "sensitive" speech can NOT survive on the #Chinese Internet.
