California has just become the first US state to ban skittles

They use ingredients linked to cancer, disease, and mood disorder

Californias governor signed to change there ingredients by 2027

if they don’t they face charges up to $10,000

That doesn’t specify weather that’s per bag, per skittle or just a flat out $10,000

They did 45 billion dollars in sales in 2021

I’m not sure if $10,000 in fines will be a big deal to the company but what are your thoughts on this.
