Universal Gcode Sender And Candle CNC Software - Install

By request from a comment on the Youtoob version of this video, here is how I downloaded and installed Universal GCode Sender (UGS) and Candle on both Linux (Mint) and Windows 10.
For Linux only, it was necessary to compile Candle, as it wouldn't run otherwise.
