Today i am making Flamed Grilled Turkish Kebab Adana Sis Tavuk
Recipe :
1/8 cup of veg oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
2 teaspoon capsicum/ bell pepper paste (biber salcaci)
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
lime zest
1/8 cup lime juice
