THIS IS HAND-COUNTING BALLOTS WE DEFINITELY CAN DO THIS!

One ballot at a time selections are read vote by vote as a second person is watching to make sure it's read correctly, one is Democrat and one a Republican. As this occurs two people, one Democrat one Republican is counting by dabbing on a vote counting sheet, totals added at the end and totals compared with another counter!!
