My Granny Hot Water Cornbread

Ingredients:
1.5 Cups of Corn meal
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Sugar
4 Tbsp. Butter (unsalted)
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Hot Water
1/2 Cup Oil for frying
