Disney spins out of control as they are faced with challenges on all sides from investors like Nelson Peltz who want control of the company, to the Marvel brand failing with new movie "The Marvels" failing in presale tickets, to the battle to control the cost of having to purchase Hulu's final ownership piece from Comcast, and now with a new inexplicable interest to spend an additional $40 billion they truly do not have and cannot afford to buy a video game company they certainly cannot properly manage!
