This is The Blindfolded Knife Game Song Challenge, where you play five finger fillet (hand roulette, stabscotch, whatever) with a blindfold on. I feel like this is what people have all really wanted to see, so I thought I would give it a try. To my surprise, muscle memory goes a long way, and it wasn't near as difficult as anticipated. Either way, it took years of practice, so be careful or whatever.
