I REFER TO THE CONVERSATION MADE AT 9.10 AM TO FRAU VERTENA FROM LOKI MOTORS OPPOSITE KOLN TRAIN STATION PARK GURTAL.

MR FRASER WAS SAT IN FIRST CLASS TRAIN S11 FROM DUSSELDORF TO KOLN SATURN KOLN HANSERING WHEN THE ATTACK HAPPENED.

A LADY AGED 50 TO 60 YEARS OLD SLAMMED THE DOOR OPEN SLAMMED THE BIKE INTO MR FRASER LEG, THREW MR FRASER BAG AND LAPTOP ON THE FLOOR AT THE POINT MR FRASER HAD TO DEFEND MYSELF. THIS WOMEN THEN STARTED A FIRST FIGHT WHICH MR FRASER KNOWS IS PART OF GERMAN ZERSETZUNG IN ORDER TO PROVOKE YOU SO THEY CAN CALL THE POLIZEI AND STEAL MY LAPTOP AND EVIDENCE OF TORTURE WHICH THE CANADIAN EMBASSY HAS REQUESTED. THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT USES WOMEN, OLD WOMEN, CHILDREN, CHILDREN WITH WOMEN TO ATTACK TARGETS. ITS TRULY SICK MOSTLY COORDINATED BY POLIZEI WHO CONTROLS LGBT AND BLM.

IT WAS AT THIS POINT THE CANADIAN CONSULATE IN DUSSELDORF TOLD MR FRASER THAT THE CONSULATE OR EMBASSY HAS MY OLD PASSPORT WHICH MR FRASER WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF.

DURING 2018 TO 2021 BOTH THE CANADIAN AND UK GOVERNMENTS BOTH STATED THAT SANKT AUGUSTIN POLIZEI STATION HAD MY UK AND CANADIAN PASSPORTS BUT WOULD NOT GIVE THEM BACK.

DURING THESE FOUR YEARS MR FRASER WAS BRUTALLY POISONED AND TORTURED BY POLIZEI AND HOSPITALS WITH MASS INTERNAL BLEEDING, BROKEN BONES AND NON STOP ATTACK BY POLIZEI DEMANDING I SIGN POLITICAL ASYL FORMS REFERENCE NUMBER 230328 1229 076251 PP DUSSELDORF KK 44.

MR FRASER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH POLITICAL ASYLUM WHICH HAS GONE ON SINCE 2016. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST HORRIFYING ATTACKS ON A HUMAN BEING IN HISTORY.

AT THIS POINT THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT ADVISED MR FRASER THAT CANADIAN GOVERNMENT HAS MR FRASER OLD PASSPORT GF180618 WHICH IS NOW OUT OF DATE BUT CAN BE USED AS A FORM OF ID AND TO GET A NEW PASSPORT.

WHO GAVE THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT MR FRASER PASSPORT.
CANADIAN CONSULATE STATED MR FRASER WAS INFORMED BY EMAIL THAT YOU HAVE MR FRASER PASSPORT. CAN YOU PLEASE FORWARD THIS EMAIL. MR FRASER INFORMED THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT THAT 5 LAPTOPS HAVE BEEN STOLEN BY THE POLIZEI AND MR FRASER NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO TO ANY OF THE PREVIOUS EMAILS SENT BETWEEN THE CANADIAN UK GOVERNMENTS AND MYSELF. OVER 14 EMAIL ACCOUNTS DELETED BY POLIZEI.
MR FRASER HAS BEEN TARGETED ON THE DBAHN OVER 800 TIMES BY BUNDESPOLIZEI, POLIZEI, DBAHN STAFF OR GERMAN CITIZENS ALWAYS TRYING TO START FIGHTS SO THE POLIZEI CAN BE CALLED AND I AM TORTURED AND POLIZEI STEAL TECHNOLOGY AND EVIDENCE SENDING ME TO HOSPITAL ONLY TO BE BEATEN IN THE HOSPITAL BY POLIZEI.
SINCE MR FRASER SPOKE TO THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT ON I HAVE BEEN ATTACKED ON THE DBAHN 5 TIMES IN KETTWIG, ESSEN WERDEN, ESSEN TRAIN STATION WITH POLIZEI CHASING ME OUT THE TRAIN STATION AFTER I ASKED DBAHN TO RECORD THE ATTACK.
MR FRASER HAS BEEN HEAD BUTTED BY RHINEBAHN STAFF IN MEERBUSCH. NUMEROUS DEATH THREATS BY DBAHN STAFF AND YESTERDAY 3 TURKISH MEN THREATENED TO KILL ME IN DUISBURG TRAIN STATION STATING THEY WOULD EVEN TRAVEL TO TEXAS TO SHOOT ME.
MR FRASER HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO HORRIFYING EVIL ATTACKS IN MEERBUSCH OUTSIDE PAGRAS GRILL MEERBUSCH LANK.

FORMS OF TORTURE MR FRASER HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO SINCE HIS ARRIVAL IN GERMANY.

Zersetzung is used as a psychological warfare technique used during the 2016 and 2023. Zersetzung is served to combat alleged and actual dissidents through covert means, using secret methods of abusive control and psychological manipulation to prevent anti-government activities such as trying to force me to sign political asylum forms. People are being targeted on a pre-emptive and preventative basis, to limit or stop politically incorrect activities that they may have gone on to perform, and not on the basis of crimes they had actually committed. Zersetzung methods were designed to break down, undermine, and paralyze people behind "a facade of social normality" in a form of "silent repression" with some of the most disgusting human behavior ever witnessed.

Evolution of "operational procedures" (Operative Vorgänge) conducted by Stasi away from the overt terror of the Ulbricht era towards what came to be known as Zersetzung ("Anwendung von Maßnahmen der Zersetzung"), which is still being used today formalizing Directive No. 1/76 on the Development and Revision of Operational Procedures in January 1976. The Stasi use operational psychology and its extensive network of between 170.0000 and over 5.000000 informal collaborators (inoffizielle Mitarbeiter) to launch personalized psychological attacks against targets to damage their mental health and lower chances of a "hostile action" against the state. Among the collaborators were youths as young as 3 years of age to 80 years old.

Zersetzung is equally an immediate constitutive element of "operational procedures" and other preventive activities to impede hostile gatherings. The principal force employed to implement Zersetzung are the unofficial collaborators. Zersetzung presupposes information and significant proof of hostile activities planned, prepared, and accomplished as well as anchor points corresponding to measures of Zersetzung.

Zersetzung must be produced on the basis of a root cause analysis of the facts and the exact definition of a concrete goal. Zersetzung must be executed in a uniform and supervised manner; its results must be documented.

The political explosive force of Zersetzung heightens demands regarding the maintenance of secrecy.

Operational psychology is a specialty within the field of psychology that applies behavioral science principles through the use of consultation to enable key decision makers to more effectively understand, develop, target, and influence an individual, group or organization to accomplish tactical, operational, or strategic objectives within the domain of national security or national defense. This is a relatively new sub-discipline that has been employed largely by psychologists and behavioral scientists in military, intelligence, and law enforcement arenas (although other areas of public safety employ psychologists in this capacity as well). While psychology has been utilized in non-health related fields for many decades, recent years have seen an increased focus on its national security applications. Examples of such applications include the development of counterinsurgency strategy through human profiling, interrogation and detention support, information-psychological operations, and the selection of personnel for specialized military or other public safety activities.

Recently, operational psychology has been under increased scrutiny due to allegations of unethical conduct by some practitioners supporting military and law enforcement interrogations. As a result, a small group of psychologists have raised concerns about the ethics of such practice. Supporters of operational psychology have responded by providing an ethical defense of such activity. They argue that the American Psychological Association's ethical code is sufficient to support operational psychologists in a number of activities (to include legal interrogation by the military and other law enforcement agencies)
