Why #XRP is the Future: From Dollar Replacement to Wealth Storage

Nobody disagrees that XRP can be used as a utility asset, meaning I can send money to you from my currency, let's say I'm in Europe and I have euros, and you're in Japan and you have yen, and I want to send you money, we use XRP as a bridge currency to facilitate that transaction. That takes very little time, and I don't need to hold the XRP for very long to do that. However, once this asset gets used a lot and people need it, the question will be like, well, I got a bunch of profit from my trade surplus, I'd have to hold that wealth somewhere. The dollar is clearly on its way out, I guess I could hold it in gold, but I'm going to need XRP to make these transactions, why not hold my wealth in XRP?
