Joe Biden delivers more of his 'usual random screaming' in recent speech

US President Joe Biden has engaged in more of his "usual random screaming" during a recent speech, says Sky News Australia host James Morrow.

Speaking on Sunday morning, Mr Morrow discussed some of the recent events and issues being seen in US politics.

He also examined some of Mr Biden's recent public actions and a speech the President delivered last week.

"While Joe Biden is falling apart before our eyes – the sad thing is that so too is the United States," Mr Morrow said.

"The crisis at the southern border – which is now creating havoc in left-wing so called 'sanctuary cities' – is really coming to a head."
