Ingredients:
2 sliced onions
5 sliced garlic
1 pack mushrooms-sliced
1 chilli
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves to garnish
Basmati rice- 1 cup
Water -2 cups

In a pan add oil and butter, add onion and let it caramelise.
Now add garlic and cook for 3-4 mins on low flame.
Add mushrooms and cook on high flame for 4-5 mins.
Add pepper, garam masala and salt. Cook for a minute.
Add pre soaked rice and water.
Cover and Cook on low flame till water evaporates.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
