This scammer remotes into my computer to cancel the 5 year renewal and to fix the windows security warning errors. The scammer wants me go to support.me Mrs Betty Martins runs the scammer in circles typing the numbers he said in wrong. The scammer wants me to select positive options The scammer gets in and gets confused His name is Ralph. I then start typing in the chat to ralph. Ralph get very lost. I then call him Ralph Nader. I then start typing commands in the chat. Ralph then said their are data breaches and hackers and trackers. I then asked him if he knows jenny and has had her cookies before. Ralph said I have a basic subscription and that I have to have an advanced subscription. I told Ralph we have to keep this a secret. The scammer said it will cost money but my husband works on the Railroad so it will be ok to pay $379. The scammer said he has been married 15 years and has 3 children and they are 15,14. I then I go into why my kids don't visit due to a family fight and Phil started it and Jeffery got in the middle of it all over them using the toilet. The scammer said he has never had anything happen like that. I told the scammer my kids are fighting and my husband took vacation to get away from me.
