Ingredients (makes 2 stacked pizza toast)
* 4 slices of bread ((lightly toasted it if you like)
* Tomato sauce
* Grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
* Dried oregano-optional

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (375F).
2. Lay out two slices of bread on a baking tray.
3. Spread each slice with tomato sauce and top with the grated cheese.
4. Cover with the other two slices of bread and spread with tomato sauce then top with grated cheese.
5. Sprinkle with dried oregano if desired.
6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and is golden on top.
