Ingredients (serves 1 adult & 1 child)
* 150g pasta of your choice (I used orecchiette)
* Handful of broccoli florets
* 2-3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
* Olive oil

Method
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta and the broccoli florets and cook for about 10-12 minutes until broccoli are soft and pasta is cooked.
2. Drain.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, add grated Parmesan and give everything a good mix.
4. Serve and buon appetite!😋
