Spooky October, House of Ashes [1] (with commentary)

With Little Hope complete, we move onto the next part of the Dark Pictures Anthology, House of Ashes. It begins with a prologue to ancient times were a Sumerian Kingdom incurs the wrath of a god, causing a plague and monsters to attack the Kingdom. You play as a general loyal to the king. Despite you knowing that his actions have caused God's wrath. Much like any of the prologues in these games, everyone dies. It shoots forward to 2003, during the U.S. invasion of Iraq. The base is getting a new commander. The new commander has intel based on their satellite project. They believe they have found a weapon of mass destruction. Orders are to take it out. The soldiers of the base do not care for their new commander but follow orders. They get to the site to find what seems to be shepards hearding sheep... Then all hell breaks loose and a warzone turns into a fight for survival against their enemies and whatever lies below the sand. Let me know what you think in the comments.
