Eating Carnivore in the Backcountry! - Making Homemade Pemmican

When planning for my Backcountry Elk Hunting Trip I decided to make my own pemmican to supplement my nutrition during the extreme hunting environment. I wanted to make it at home instead of buying it pre-made and so here is how that turned out!
