10/14/2023 【Miles Insight】Nicole Tsai reports a new development in Mr. Miles Guo's case. In response to Mr. Guo's attorneys filed a motion asking the prosecution to produce certain communications between them and third parties by September 20, the prosecution applied for a 1-week extension on the evening of October 11, which the court approved. The prosecution is expected to submit their opposition papers or advise the Court that it does not oppose the motion by October 19, and Mr. Guo shall respond by November 2.
