Mitchell had all his charges dropped this week after a 2-year battle doing self-representation. Mitchell has been cleared of obstructing a city police officer in 2022 and failing to attend court when he refused to don a mask for a scheduled appearance April 22, 2022. Also, from New Brunswick, the CMOH, Dr. Jennifer Russell, has stepped down from her role. From the CBC article:
"Russell became the face of the province's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, providing daily televised briefings, and received the Order of New Brunswick in 2021 "for her steadfast and outstanding leadership and commitment, and for the compassion she showed while working to protect the health and safety of New Brunswickers.

But she later faced allegations of possible political interference, which she has denied."

The NB Natural Law team had subpoenaed Dr. Russell to appear to court for allegations of directing the police during the mandates. She fought each of those appearances, and now she has stepped down. Interesting turn of events.

The RCMP is investigating the CBSA for their 55-million-dollar contract for the ArriveCan app after complaints were filed by a tech company in Ottawa. This has gone to committee and the allegations are serious and concerning. How many Canadians were subjected to heavy fines and rights violations over a government boondoggle?
