Shop TV Cart - Ep.1

A Das Weekend project - adding a rolling TV cart to the shop garage to use with laptop diagnostic software when working on my cars.
It will also be useful for searching out parts or repair tips in the shop. Being portable, I can position it for best viewing while working on a vehicle.
