BBBE Muffins for Lazy Meal Prep | Carnivore Diet Reset Meal

Have you ever just wanted to throw everything in a blender and just cook it like that? Then this BBBE muffin recipe is for you!

Recipe

4 Strips Bacon
6 Oz Ground Beef
4 Eggs
2 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Water
1 tsp Baking Powder (optional)

1) Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until homogenous.
2) Grease up a muffin tin and fill each hold about 3/4 of the way.
3) Place this into an oven at 350°F or 176°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
