Episode 191: You Set Limits, Not Society

When did it stop being cool to be the person who likes to be in shape?  When did it become weird to be the person who has dreams and goals?  When did it become strange to be exhausted from putting in the work?  I don't know but it definitely is no longer the thing to be and it really should.Don't listen to anyone define who you are.  Don't look at people and wonder what they think.  They don't think anything.  They think about only themselves.  You only think about how wonderful your life is now and tomorrow now that you are exhausted and you have put in the work.Go Forth and spread beauty and light.  You're awesome!  Keep being you!
