These exercises will help you to get thin and smaller waist like your favorite kpop idols! Make sure to follow the suggested program schedule below to get slimmer and smaller kpop idol waist!

Day 1 - 7 ➡️ 1 Round*
Day 8 - 14 ➡️ 2 rounds
Day 15 - 21 ➡️ 3 rounds

1 round means following along with the video to complete all exercises without pausing! Do rest for 5 minutes in between each round!
