Recipe - Vanilla Blueberry Ice Cream WFPB

A friend told me of these three ingredients to make Plant Based Ice Cream and I reasoned that the quantities would be simple. So I went ahead and made this absolutely delicious ice cream, surprising myself with its excellence. As you can see I like to change things up on the fly. LOL. Enjoy!
