Gov. Doug Burgum: Abortion should not be regulated by the federal government

Republican presidential candidate Governor Doug Burgum argues why abortion legislation should be decided by the states. “It has to be sorted out at [the state] level,” says Gov. Burgum. “And then we have to remember the limited role of the federal government includes trusting the states.”
