Ingredients:-

🔹ghee
🔹desiccated coconuts
🔹milk
🔹sugar or jaggery powder
🔹milk powder
🔹coconut (for covering, quantity not specified)

Instructions:-

1. Heat ghee in a hybrid pan
2. Add desiccated coconuts and cook for about 4 minutes on low heat until it slightly changes color
3. Add milk, mix, and cook until the milk slightly dries out (about 4-5 minutes)
4. Add sugar or jaggery powder
5. Use a wooden or steel tool to work in the sugar or jaggery
6. Once the jaggery melts, add milk powder to give it a queer-like consistency
7. Take it off the heat
8. Shape the mixture into ladoos
9. Cover the ladoos with more coconut
10. Enjoy!
