RECIPE

1 Lb Shaved Steak
8 Oz Swiss Cheese, Shredded
8 Oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Granulated Onion
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic

1) Add your steak and 1/2 tsp of salt to a pan set over medium high heat and cook for 4-5 minutes or until most of the pink has been cooked out. Set aside.
2) Place another pan over medium high heat along with your cream cheese, smoked paprika, onion, garlic, and salt. Start mixing this together until the cream cheese just starts to melt. Once that happens, add your steak and 2/3 of your swiss and fold those together.
3) After your swiss is incorporated place into a 9x9 cooking vessel or keep in the pan you combined it in if it's oven safe. Top with the rest of your swiss cheese. Place this into an oven at 350°F for 11-14 minutes or until the swiss is golden brown.
