In this video I show you how to make a frittata in the air fryer! It's a perfect recipe for the carnivore diet.

RECIPE

6 Eggs
4 Strips Bacon
6 Oz Sirloin
1/4 Cup Cheddar
2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
1 tsp Salt

1) Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 10 minutes ensuring to remove any racks from the cup. While that's preheating, cut your bacon and steak into thin strips.
2) Place your bacon into the preheated cup and cook for 18-20 minutes or until crispy. After that time, add your steak and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Drain half the grease after cooking.
3) In a bowl, add your eggs, salt, and heavy cream. Whisk until homogenous. Pour this into your air fryer cup with your cheese and meat. Reduce the heat to 350°F and cook for about 25 minutes or until no runny eggs are left.
