If you've ever made normal pigs in a blanket hen you've almost made these. These are super easy and a perfect recipe for every carnivore!

RECIPE

3 Oz Pork Rinds, Ground
4 Eggs
3 Oz Mozzarella Cheese
12 Oz Smoked Sausage, cut into 1 oz pieces
1 Tbsp Butter (to grease hands)

1) Place your pork rinds, 3 eggs, and mozzarella cheese into a blender and blend for about 1 minute or until a dough ball forms.
2) Place a sheet of parchment onto a work surface. Use small amounts of your butter to grease your hands and parchment paper. Place down about 1 Tbsp of your dough and press thin. Place a piece of your smoked sausage on top and wrap your dough around it. Repeat until your dough is used up.
3) Crack your last egg into a bowl and whisk. Brush this egg on top of each piggie boy. Place this into an oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
