It's definitely not a perfect replacement for white castle, but it's a pretty good substitute. These are perfect sliders for anyone on a carnivore diet!

RECIPE
8 Oz Cooked Ground Beef
2 Oz Ground Pork Rinds
2 Oz Cream Cheese
6 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Butter

1) Blend all of your ingredients in a blender on low until homogenous.
2) Get a standard muffin tin and grease with your butter. Portion your batter into your muffin tin. You should yield about 8 buns. Place this into an oven at 350°F for 16-18 minutes or until the buns are golden brown.
3) Let cool and serve.
