2 varieties of 🥔 potatoes- freeze drying

Today we're freeze drying both organic diced southern-style (uncooked) potatoes, as well as organic diced (cooked) pressure cans canned potatoes. It will be imperative that after the potatoes come out of the freeze dryer we notate on the packaging whether they are cooked or uncooked. 😋
