🟣 PURPLE 🥕 CARROTS - slicing & freeze-drying.

Today we are slicing purple carrots into "coin" slices that we will freeze-dry for easy, intense, beautiful, and truly natural snacks that (prayerfully) our adult children, family, friends, niece, and nephew will enjoy. We've got to get those vegetables into this generation for sure! 😋
